Amazing Place!! Best coffee with a staff of kindness

Upscale coffeehouse sorely lacking proprietors with adequate social skills to accommodate the public. I'm part of a local group that was meeting there weekly falsely accused of not of purchasing products and treated disrespectfully and made to feel unwelcome. Hence we'll be meeting elsewhere.

I had an oat milk lavender latte which was pretty good but the really enjoyable item was the Greek-themed crepe...very yummy!

What a wonderful little coffee shop! Had a cappuccino and a garden egg and swiss cheese on a croissant. Delicious! Best cup of coffee I had on a week-long vacation. My husband had a double espresso with his breakfast sandwich and that was amazing as well. Love this place!

The Cuban latte was fantastic! The correct balance of Caribbean coffee with sweet not cream. The chai iced was good also not watered down .

Super nice little quaint town of Berlin lay a small little gem with big surprises inside. Its this place! ON WHAT GROUNDS? Coffee House. This is Eric Sams husband we ordered two crêpes fruited. Amazing! Cold mochas? Amazing! Service? Its all there, AMAZING! We were greeted immediately upon entering. Lots of good take-a-way items as well. A definite return to this little brick and mortar!

This local coffeehouse is a great addition to the community. It is a gathering place for our visitors as well as our locals. The proprietor seems to feel that the gathering of a small group of women knitting for a few hours once a week is detrimental to his business. We will go elsewhere where locals are welcomed and not interfering with business.

The atmosphere is great. Really rustic and a lot of great places to sit. Plenty of options for smoothies, parfaits, cookies, treats, and of course plenty of coffee! Not to expensive either.

Very nice quaint little coffee shop. Definitely check it out of you're in Berlin. I met a friend here for coffee and it was a great environment to hang out and chat. Quiet and cozy, with great service and a good selection. Has a clean bathroom available to customers.

Excellent, we stopped for a quick bite while traveling through. Ordered a latte, breakfast sandwich, and several baked goods. Everything was excellent and fresh! Will definitely stop again if we find ourselves near Berlin.

This local coffee shop serves good coffee and pastries. However, as a member of a small knitting group in Berlin who liked to knit there on Sunday afternoons, the owner has increasingly made us feel unwelcome to the point where we will no longer visit the shop...to buy coffee or to knit. It's very disappointing to be treated in such a way in a small shop in America's Coolest Small Town.

Extremely rude customer service! My wife ordered her beverage and the owner and register staff need customer service skills because they both suck at it. The lady interrupts my wife while giving her order. Tells my wife "you didn't say that". I heard her order clearly and she was interrupted by the employee. The manager shook his head and the young lady refused to accept she did not hear the order correctly. Instead blamed my wife for not specifying. Not how you treat people! NCB!

Coffees delish.

GOOD coffee, very nice barista, and heavenly chocolate made by the owner's wife. Great place to stop and relax during my long road trip up the coast.
